Pre: Cold water splash
Brush: Vulfix Brute
Soap: QCS Vostok
Razor: Standard (Black)
Blade: Gillette Nacet #3
Post: Lucky Tiger After Shave & Face Wash, Kiehl's Ultimate ASB
Fragrance: Houbigant Fougère Royale EdP

Result: Very nice. Smooth and comfortable. After three shaves with the Standard I can say it is a very nice shaver indeed and I am pleased it is in my arsenal.

Prep: Glycerine Soap Face Wash
Brush: Semogue 2015 badger
Soap: Figaro Shaving Soap
Razor: Merkur 42C
Blade: Derby (need to waste them quick...)
Post: Aloe Vera Muhle After Shave Balm
Fragrance: It's always the same, Aqua di Parma

Result: This was the first time I made 3 passes; WTG, XTG and ATG. The soap is good and provides good lubrication, but the blades, well the blades are not so good and I could feel it especially going ATG. Nevertheless, it went smoothly with no cuts or scratches, but with some redness on the mustache and chin area. I blame the blades, but I also believe that the technique needs some improvement :)

Jamie, I've been meaning to ask what do you think about L'Occitane EDT range? I'm curious about there longevity.

Used my new Razorock Stealth Slant today,
Getting to the bottom of my Tiki Bar Soap - The Captain

The RR slant is a mild razor to say the least, couple this with its light weight body and you have a razor that is quite hard to nail down on your first shave. I recently received a 37C and on my first attempt I got a great shave with minimal irritation. I also got a similar shave with the RR slant, but it felt like a lot harder work... more updates tomorrow! :huh:
