That's one nice razor. They seem to be like hen's teeth out there. Still, I live in hope...Greetings

Prep: Shower
Razor: GEM Junior (Bar)
Blade: GEM Stainless Coated
Brush: L'Occitane Plisson
Soap: Valobra Stick
Aftershave: Astral Cream (soft)
EDP: Miller Harris Terre D' Iris
Whilst this is only my third or fourth shave with the Valobra stick I really like it, whilst in my hard water it is not the biggest lather producer it is wonderfully slick and leaves the skin feeling really good. A slight downside that does not amount to much is that in my hard water the large amount of tallow in the soap leaves a thick layer of scum in my sink.

Absolutely...thank you. A smashing wee travelling one; it sits nicely in a small Simpson's tube for transport .Great wee brush!

Thanks for that, Dick.Greetings Scott
Thank you very much, I have to say that it is certainly not in my top ten best shaving razors, it is super mild for an old razor and because of the bar rather angle sensitive. It looks great but just about all of the more modern GEM's and Ever Ready's will out shave it. I have tried it with an original Damaskeene blade and it's still very mild, I find this very unusual for a razor of this age nearly all of these centenarian razors are pretty fierce.
