That sounds crazy - how are you supposed to test them?

I didn't try any samples and, by the sounds of things, I should be glad I didn't.

I would expect to receive 2ml - 4ml for an ink sample, which is enough to get a good feel for the ink. Do you have a link to the samples you bought?

Goulet pens. Sent a em concerning it but haven't received a reply.
Only thing that I can think of is that they expect you to use an 'eye dropper".

According to the Goulet website the samples should be 2ml, if they're not IMO you should be getting a refund.
