Glad to hear that at least one is not over-corpulent... I really feared for my former workmates when I met them in the flesh - the lightest one was 250lbs and she was 5'4" tall :shock:

Ho Ollie--

I have about one more month of physical therapy for the back and pump inhibitors (pills) for the stomach ulcers. Then I go back to the doctors to make sure everything has mended properly.

Glad you like the videos--I enjoy doing them.
