I pour into the mould and hope for the best! I pour it in with a plan, but this didn't come out colour wise the way I imagined, but I think it looks better than I planned.

That can be managed! All brushes come with 26mm and I'm sure I can get hold of a 2 band badger...

Tempted but committed to "Awright, awright, I promise no more brushes this year", got a spare knot, actually got all the stuff needed to make my own brushes except skill as proven by a couple of vasted bubinga blanks :)
 
Resin Handles start from £35, Synthetic knots are free if required. Otherwise, badger is extra depending on the type.
