I have already broached the subject with him, and explained how blades could be cross loaded into a Schick magazine. Also. Can be loaded direct into the Supply.

Trialling my last PAL adj. purchase, have a thing about both models of PAL. Though the Shave was smooth enough, I found the closeness of finish not up to the standard expected. Possible that the NOS. blade is a problem, or I have heard that the performance of individual models can vary.

I think I may reload it with a Chick which works well with PAL No 1 & 3, the Super Chrome can be used in my Supply. Just hope it is a Blade problem .

First shave with my recently acquired Gillette Single Ring, and very nicely it shaves too. It had 3 days growth to deal with and a 2 pass shave (WTG+XTG) sufficed, I could have gone for 3rd pass but it did not seem necessary.

It's a great razor and I can't say I find it large at all. To get close under the nose it's easy enough to shave East-West (or West-East...). I consistently get close and comfortable shaves from it and it's also a beautifully made tool, which never hurts :)

Another great shave with the very aggressive H2 plate. The Wilkie was marginally smoother on the second use, as is often the case with vintage blades. Three passes - close as. Brilliant postshave feel.
I'm a fan is Stirling Ozark Mountain, so a crack at Coniferous was always on the cards. I'd read reviews suggesting that Coniferous was more potent that Ozark Mountain, and Man can I confirm that! Ozark Mountain is no shrinking violet - it has a fresh natural forest scent with good silage. But with Coniferous, you feel like you're slapbang in the middle of a dense forest and halfway through felling a pine tree, smothered head to toe in sawdust.

My fourth shave with the Asylum Rx and I am starting to get more confident with my technique... The first two shaves were a bit rough.

@mpf9ret ,And I'm sure I know what his response was....."I have no plans to stock these blades"......well you can lead a horse to water but you can't get him to increase his turnover! Well hopefully more people will ask him and maybe, just maybe the penny will drop but I'm not going to hold my breath. For the time being I will have to cut down my P20's.

That soap sounds fab, I may have to get some. I will be using my H2 with a 74 tomorrow, hopefully it will be another match made in heaven
