Where to find a bowl

If you have plenty of Indian supermarkets - they'll likely have little stainless steel lidded canisters called "puri dabba". They come in a variety of sizes and are pretty cheap - £2 to £3 each. I've got a few at 95mm diameter which are big enough to hold a normal sized puck with a bit of swirl room. Sharon's Nanny's Soaps also used to come in them (but in a slightly smaller size).

They look good and work well.

I just got a couple of tins of these for our walking holiday next week:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/special_buys3_18976.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/sp ... _18976.htm</a><!-- m -->

Looks like they will fit a puck fine and you get to eat the sweets first-bonus! :hungrig
