What Soap?

i am liking the palmolive stick. i ground a stick of erasmic and OMG what is the smell???

I have 4 soaps available from the local area, without ordering online. palmolive shave stick, erasmic shave stick, boots shaving soap and wilkinson sword blue bowl.
I am using a straight razor.
What are the ups and downs of the above soaps. What do you recomend?

Just out of interest, why not just order online? Worlds your oyster then innit?

skip the wilki

3-1 oil from any diy shop is way better to shave with, im being serious as well


talking about wilki, take nearly any product in fridge, mash it up, apply to face and it will outperform wilkinsons

I'll be interested to see what you think of the Erasmic.

I bought a stick a few months ago and binned it after one use. I'd have got more lather from a stick of chalk!

I believe the old formulation is good but, unless I got a duff stick, the new one is terrible.
