What New Beer to Try

Indeed. I like my lager crisp and between 4.5-5.5 rpm, seems to be the sweet spot. Under 4% tastes watery to me and I'm not a fan of the heavy lagers. The Greek or Cypriot beers are nice, like Keo and Efes.

Ale can be between 3.5-7, with as much flavour as possible. I love the wheat beers and German, Belgian stuff too.
I brew an oak rum ale at 6.7% abv, it does not taste of a alcohol , just slight oak toffee and liquorice flavours.
It is fantastic, even my "lagerboy" friend said it was good. :)

I once enjoyed the German wheat beers like Erdinger, but recently I have found them to be too strong. I really love a Spanish wheat beer, Inedit. It's delicious.
