Sadly, I've developed colitis in the last year and alcohol really triggers the symptoms; but it's the last day of the holidays so bugger it. If I'm rough tomorrow, I'll have to have an extra day off.
 
The best stout I have brewed to date, around 6.4% hopped more than a traditional stout would be but not to the level of a black IPA. Loads of body, great mouth feel, great flavour. Very pleased with the result.
