Hi all, after considering buying a razor with my inheritance from my Nan, I am also considering a watch. At the moment I have a basic fossil and would like a unique watch for around £200. Anyone any suggestions on makes ect?

Do you want a dress watch, a sports watch, a quartz movement or a mechanical piece?

Seiko can be hard to beat in this range, and their Monster is a real bargain (if you want an automatic dive watch). Shop around though, as prices vary wildly..

I'd quite like a mechanical as I've never had one and fancy something smart. I quite like bulky watches and would love a bell and Ross but well out of my price range.

Thanks, it was last year, but the whole probate thing has been a nightmare. I feel I want something that will last me and be rather special!

That's how I felt when my nan went she left a £1000, hence the Gibson guitar, it's nice to have something special to remember them by.

Try here. I have a number of Precista watches and they can't be beaten for quality and value for money.

Seiko Orange Monster or Smiths (Time Factors) Everest ... if you don't mind putting a bit more to it yourself.

Here's a link to an excellent online retailer from my neck of the woods, they have quite a choice I'm sure you will find something you like for the right price. http://www.heinnie.com/Watches/c-1-98/
