Does anyone know if there is anywhere this side of the Atlantic where this can be sourced? I have seen people rave about it elsewhere and fancy giving it a whirl. If not, i guess i'll order from iherbs, as i have seen a post about them on here. Just wondering if it was sold in the UK anywhere? :?:

Cheers,

I got some of the Thayers Witch hazel and Rose and a bottle of the medicated formula from the eBay shops of the above Singing Store, on the eBay store they have the 2oz bottles and the 10oz bottles are available on their own website. I found them very quick to post and they offer a postage discount (£2 postage for one item and each additional item 50p extra) I got two 2oz bottles for £6.50.

The 2oz bottles are really good as they will double as excellent travel bottles, I would invest in a small atomiser as it is quite runny stuff. Having tried them over the weekend they are really good toners. since they have links to the Thayers stock I am sure they would try to get the aftershave if you want. Helen, the proprietor was very good in her communications.

Overall it is a great formula and for me the combination of this followed by Henak's #6 ASB is a winner.

Cool, thanks guys!

who'd have thought a singing/music shop would he selling it! Certainly never crossed my mind!

That was how I found it, I was searching for Thayers Witch Hazel" and came up blank, so I changed my search to just Thayers to see what other products they sell, when I seen they sold losenges and syrups for singers I looked up singing supply stores; on the assumption that if they have access to the Thayers line they would be more likely to be able to get the other items.

I got a pack of five 50ml from the bay, this seller

No idea, you mean a pre shave oil? I would try it for you but I don't have any oils that I can think of at present. Let me know what kind of oil you are talking about and I will see if I can replicate something.

Superb link Tony_B...easily the best in the short history of TSR.

I like the lemon flavour for gargling.

it only works as a pump it doesn't atomise it, well with my Neats Foot Oil anyway

can't say about T&H pre-shave oil which i keep in a little pump bottle from Superdrug

I have bought some castor oil and sunflower seed oil to try the oil cleansing method as a pre-shave (am I barmy or what??!). The atomiser was for that. I did a quick search online and I see that some aromatherapy vendors sell atomisers that are marked either 'for' or 'not for' essential oils. Not sure what the difference is to be honest. Then again, the pump that DR Harris supplies with its after shave milk got bunged up pretty quickly for me.
