(Face & Head Shave)

Greetings,

A new shave set up to start the weekend....Continuing my month tribute to a fellow shaving friend who kindly the Gem Featherweight to me In early January this year.

The Featherweight is easy to find the shaving angle manoeuvrable, and well balanced considering it's a lot lighter than my Gem Micromatic OC, and other SE razors, but the weight doesn't hinder or alter the shaving performance in any shape or form....It's all down to good technique & shaving confidence, using a lighter razor keeps me focused, rather than relying on the weight of the razor to maintain the shaving angle.

Another enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Fresh Kick ASB.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine. ;)

Stay safe, and enjoy the start of the weekend ladies & gentlemen.

Jayaruh Syn No67
Tabac soap
Personna Super Stainless
Schick S/S Single- Japan ( 3 )
Tabac A/S Lotion

A very pleasant Shave with this very light Razor. Perhaps the overall finish could have been closer, but I tried to use a light touch with no pressure which might cause irritation.

Brush: C&H 'Finned' V14
Soap: HAGS Resurrection
Razor: CG Level 3
Blade: GSB (3)
Post: HAGS Resurrection AS

Decent but rushed shave this morning, overall impression thus far is relatively decent for the HAGS Resurrection, the soap performance is good. I still think I use slightly more than I do with other brands but that's not a real problem, I do like the AS though. I would potentially consider another scent but I won't be rushing out to buy.

Hope everyone has a cracking Saturday!

Cheers

My wallet and household will forever be eternally grateful to @Crossan and his kind loan. Whilst I've enjoyed the Chubby 2 Manchurian, it's not a brush I'd reach for regularly. Certainly not one I'd now be looking to drop ~£300 on. What a great community we have where we give each other the chance to try these things before dropping our hard earned money on new products.

A super two pass, close and comfortable cold water shave. The Vector is exceptionally manoeuvrable and seems to work equally well with Schick or Feather blades, and the Simpson Chubby 2 synthetic brush created lots of lovely lather with the SV soap this morning.
