Nivea Men ~ Body Shaving Anti-Irritation A/S Lotion.

Greetings,

A new shave set up to start the bank holiday weekend.

My shave today mostly consists of Nivea Men shaving products, with the newly required 'body shaving anti-irritation a/s lotion which is a superb post shave product, and readily accessible in the UK high street shops & supermarkets, I'll also have to try out the new Nivea Men shave stick too in the future.

The 92r/Treet dura sharp blade indian made duo paired together superbly, smooth sharp & efficient, the carbon blades seem to work well with my parker razors.

A very comfortable 3 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of the new aquired N.M.
anti-irritation a/s, which was a excellent post shave to finish the shave.

My face is feeling super smooth & irritation free.

Enjoy the start of the weekend, ladies & gentlemen.

Saturday 31st March

Olive Oil Soap
Vitos Preshave Cream
RazoRock Nomad Soap
Zenith EuroAl Boar Brush
Baili BT131 'Tech' Razor with a Treet Tez Carbon Steel Blade
Alum Block and Rinse
Nivea Skin Energy Double Action Balm
Clubman Reserve Whiskey Woods AS

Another lovely shave from the Baili Tech and the scar from last week has all but disappeared!
3 passes and a small touch up for another smooth and refreshing shave

Enjoy your day everyone! I am off to Hereford later for some shopping and to see the Poppy exhibit outside Hereford Cathedral.

Pre: Warm water face wash
Brush: Shavemac TSR 2015 2B
Soap: C.R. Salter Tallow
Razor: Pal Golden
Blade: Pal NOS
Post: Warm then cold water rinse, Vitamin E oil, Pashana AS

Well that NOS blade was rough, very tuggy and I couldn't face a second pass so reached for a Schick I1 with a twin blade.
My skin is smooth but not very comfortable.
Have a great weekend.

Boellis Panama
Shavemac Americana
Ever Ready Jewel
GEM coated #3
Kramperts Bay Rum AS

First use of the Boellis bought off BST, the partially used soap has no detectable scent not even bitter almond. The soap easily whipped up into a great lather that was slick and cushioning, overall a marvellous shave topped off with liberal splash of Bay Rum. [emoji16][emoji106]

Razor: 1912
Brush: Maseto HD 24mm
Soap: Jabobman Ylang Ylang
Aftershave: Fine Platinum

Second outing for the 1912 with an unshimmed Persona SS; blade felt smoother in use on its second outing. A close, comfortable, enjoyable shave. I am sure I am only echoing what has been said before, but it is difficult to understand how Gillette, even with better marketing and WWII contracts managed to dominate the market when these shave so well...

The tent shave, using the PAA travel scuttle, top bit of kit, ribs all round for a great whip up, like the way you can see it filling up, also found this mini tool roll a while back, there is a lack of SE cases eh, figured it might fit

That's a great pouch for the General, I like it. Where did you find it? P.

...Sun Ray looks superb; I am not envious at all...

Morning shave.

Olive Oil Soap
Pre de Provence
Shavemac 2 Band Silvertip
Aluminium Tech
Gillette Silver Blue (2)
Thayers Witch Hazel (unscented)
Fine Green Vetiver Aftershave
Guerlain Vetiver EDT

My Tech odyssey continued with an Aluminium version kindly gifted to me by Steve (@newbie). This is an extremely light razor and I was concerned that it would be too light to give a close shave. But 3 comfortable passes later, with very minor touch ups, and I'm BB smooth. It's not a razor I could use daily, but it would be perfect for those quick pick up shaves after a particularly close one the day before. Am I right in thinking (that's) it's officially spring time here in the UK? It certainly doesn't feel like it here in London today. Have a good weekend chaps.
