Pre-shave: Warm shower; Kiehl's face fuel; Seven Potions Pre-Shave Oil - Pure Equilibrium.
Soap: Phoenix and Beau Imperial Rum Shaving.
Brush: Shavemac ' The Flat Top'.
Razor: Pils 101NE.
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (Stainless) (Day 4).
Post: Cold water, Phoenix and Beau Imperial Rum Aftershave Splash - Bioaroma Aftershave Balm.
Cologne: Phoenix and Beau Imperial Rum Solid Cologne.

Was half asleep this morning; had some decent stuble and was planning to shave with the Colonial Silversmith; a few stoles in and realised that I had picked up the Pils.

A very enjoyable 2 pass shave - DFS +/BBS- finish with no issues to report.

Monday 3rd January

Cream - Hawkins & Brimble Elimi & Ginseng
Brush - Hawkins & Brimble Synthetic
Bowl - 3D Printed Bowl
Razor - Karve SB C Plate
Blade - Gillette Platinum (1)
Post - Brut Sport Style Aftershave

The Cream and brush were a gift from my daughter's partner, (won in a prize draw at work), and I was intrigued to see how they perform
The cream has a pleasant scent which I would say is about 5/10
The synthetic brush looks to be about 19mm/50mm, and has very soft tips.
It lathered the cream without much coaxing in the 3D Printed Bowl. Only down side is that it lost 3 hairs during it's first use.
The cream seemed to have good protection and glide, but not much in the way of residual slickness. The plus side is that post shave feel was good though.
I won't bore you all by raving about what a good pairing the Karve and GP blade is . . .

Post/After-shave:- T.N. Dickinson Witch Hazel Astringent mixed into the 240ml bottle with Natural Glycerin (20 drops) & Tea Tree Antiseptic (10)
Fragrance:- Acqua di Gio Giorgio Armani

Prep: Warm shower:/ Imperial Leather ~ Sea Minerals & Black Mint Shower Gel.


Pre:


Warm wet flannel to my face.


Boots ~ Freshwood Brushless Shave cream.


Brush: Chinese Unbranded Silvertip Fibre.


Face Lather.


Soap: Scottish Fine Shaving Soap.


Blade: Gillette Nacet Stainless. (1)


Razor: Baili ~ BD177 Rose Gold TTO.


Post:

Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade Lavender, eucalyptus + Tea Tree Oil Witch Hazel Mixture./ Brut ~ Attraction Totale ASL.


Aloe Vera Gel.

Another early morning shave,

The chinese clone razors that have been passed on to me has taught me that putting a assertive blade in a non aggressive razor has resulted in excellent shaving results.

A pleasurable 3 pass + pick ups near BBS shave with no errors to report.

Finishing to the shave off with a generous dollop of Aloe Vera Gel.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling devine.;)
