Thats very interesting, I did not know you could fit a twin blade in a I1 thought it was only with the later model Schicks like the L1.

Back to the use of single blades after the extravagance of the Twins. I used the J3 which Is a Razor that I use for a laid back shave as it Shaves very smoothly. Today was no exception, despite the blade being on its 10th outing the Shave was smooth and the overall quality of finis was outstanding, but I was using a Japanese Schick. Though these blades are good I am not sure that are that much better than a Schick Proline or "Chick " to justify the expense.

...after some time I have returned to the Omega 011829, just sooooooooo plush and sumptuous, every time I use it I think of a Cadillac, the Cadillac of Boar Brushes, and I have never owned a Cadillac! Stuck on Vitos Red at the moment, my other soaps are languishing at the back of the cupboard. Fantastic shave with Louiza's German Club Classic spinning in the background
