Soap Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic
Brush Yaqi 24mm Silvertip
Razor Fatip OC Slant
Blade Wilkinson Sword 3rd
Post & Aftershaves Ice Water + Thayers + Hyaluronic + Reuzel Wood & Spice
Awesome soap!!! Super nice scent! I haven't had a Margarita before but wow, I almost wanna sip it! Hahaha! The lather is creamy and slick too. What a pleasure!!
Shave with long-ignored razor paired with the blade was amazing!! Regretted leaving this excellent razor in the cold. Extra smooth and comfortable...almost no blade feel but more efficient than other higher spec razors. I can feel the blade is so rigidly clamped. 3passes for a mostly BBS result with no nicks weepers nor irritation. Excellent aftershaves. Rating 10/10!!

SOTD 18th Jan Vintage month

Brush - Yaqi Sagrada Familia- ever present and ever dependable.
Soap - A&E Socal Hipster- loving the way the scent develops when lathering. Beautifully slick lather. Fast becoming my favourite soap.
Razor - Ever Ready 1912 - 2 passes for a super smooth and close finish. Love using this razor.
Blade - Gem#5 - perfect partner to the Ever Ready.
Post - P&B Spitfire - lovely smokey and leather scent to finish.

This has been my best shave in this Vintage Month.
Stay safe people and enjoy your shaves.

Shaving recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/ Original Source Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears ~ Lemon Flower Transparent Bar Soap + Nuage Menthol shaving Oil.
Brush: Omega 11047 Mixed Midget.
Face Lather.
Lather : Hampshire Wool Fat Lanolin Shaving Soap.
Blade: Derby Usta. (3)
Razor: Kanzy K100.

Post:
Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade (~Winter mix~) Lavender + Tea Tree Oil Witch Hazel Mixture./ L'0REAL ~ Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

Greetings,

The kanzy k100 is another comfortable razor to shave with a good balanced weight...What i really like about, it is the closed 'tech type head' which holds the blade rigidly with no blade over-hang a great design feature reducing the risk of catching my ear lobes or under my nose when shaving.

Another enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing to the shave off with a small dollop of L'0REAL ~ Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.;)

Keep safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.

Vintage month - Razor #19
Pre: Shower
Brush: Simpson Chubby 2
Soap: Tabac
Razor: Valet VB3
Blade: Feather FHS -10 (1)
Post shave: Cold water Rinse, TC's infused Witch Hazel
Balm: Vintage Tabac Black
Aftershave: Tabac

Wk 3 (4) Tues.JPG

I enjoy using the VB3 even though the blade choice is non existent, basically it only takes the expensive FHS-10 at a £1 a go, saying that it gives a lovely shave.
3 Passes and a little touch up on the devils whirlpools under the Jawline at the ears leaving me "face strokingly" smooth and comfortable.
I do enjoy using Tabac all the products are ever dependable.
A very happy shaver today, smiling ear to ear and smelling all 1970's.
Stay safe and enjoy your day All.

PS - i am also having issues with loading photos and have been for a while???
