Shave of the Day 27th November - 3rd December 2021

After a few days using the superspeed set up, decided to move back to InjRzr, at least for today.
As Friday is the last work day of three week, thought Apogee is an appropriate croap and A/S. Decided to use a softer brush so I didn't load 10 shaves worth of soap in one go again!
DFS on 2 passes @#5
Great start to the day, hope everyone else has the same.

Brush: PAA Switchback Oumo Silk HMW
Soap: M&M Barbershop De Los Muertos
Razor: Blackland Vector
Blade: Feather Professional (2)
Post: Cold Water and M&M Barbershop De Los Muertos

Good shave this morning, nice smooth finish. Vector again very nimble, never has it been as easy to get under the nose. I only have a couple of AC razors but in my limited experience seems like a good'un.

I'm not sold on this barbershop, decent enough smell and performance is ok but there are much better out there (just my opinion).

Hope everyone has a cracking day!

Cheers

Marc

A bit disappointed again by the Stirling Dunshire.
It's the second Stirling I have, but it's much greasier than the previous one (Gentleman), less scented and the tallow can be perceived distinctively.
I also struggle to lather it up properly, and the second time in a row I end up with some irritation.
I also noticed reddening of the skin even in unshaved areas touched by the soap.
Next time I'll go back to Mitchell's and see if I get irritation again.
What do you think pals?

Rex Ambassador 2-1-0.5/Astra SS
Witch Hazel and then Floid new formula. Wow, quite a punch!

A fourth excellent shave with the Feather razor, accompanied by a huge and luxurious lather from the Razorock and TOBS. Another close and very comfortable shave.

This morning -

razor - Leaf Twig
blade - Nacet (3)
soap - Mickey Lee - Grand Havana
brush - Semogue 2012 LE badger/boar
post - rosewater & glycerin
a/s - RazoRock Santa Maria del Fiore
balm - Nivea Sensitive
scent - ADP Leather parfum.

Excellent, further adventures in tobacco land. A scent class I'm very fond of. A great shave all round - I wish the same to you all - I.

P.S - That's as close to a 'normal' shave of the day picture as I'm prepared to do. Ordinarily, I try to apply a wee bit more creativity to the task - rather than just randomly scattering some shit around on the towel I've just used but what's the point when some visually illiterate Devonian pleb is going to take the piss? I ask you?:)

Soap: OSP Herb Garden Puck
Aftershave: Proraso Green Aftershave

Alarm fail this morning but despite the rush it was a lovely shave with the little twig! This soap is a delight and such a shame @James Riley has to take a break for a while! Here’s hoping he can squeeze a batch out in the summer or if he has the time in a few months.

Lea Classic soap

Feather Proguard [ 3 ]
Lea Classic A/S Lotion

Another downside of the HFT for me is the fact that after a Shave , I get quite heavy regrowth.Today as between rotations I gave the Raster V2 a chance to give me a good clear up. I actually prefer the V2 to the V3., as the blade fit and security seems better.I enjoyed todays shave , being pleased with the ease I got a very nice close all round finish.
