La Grot Thiers France has a lot of pitting but as above does not affect it shaves well £20

Oxford razor has a bit of pitting but is a fantastic shaver. Arrowhead done the restore on this SOLD

404 not found on all of those, Jason. I'll vouch for the Oxford though: it's a 5/8 square point if I remember rightly, only lightly restored but takes a better than average edge.
 
As someone who hasn't done straights before so would be a newbie what sizes are the Hamburg and Paragon? (might be tempted in a week or two when i have some spare cash...)
 
Just want to say for the record that I recently bought a straight razor off Tazz which was in superb condition. Not only that, but he went out of his way to make sure it was delivered to me the very next day. The razor is absolutely stunning and is my first straight - even if I didn't use it, it is good enough just to look at!!

One more post here (instead of PM) to say that the two straights I bought off Tazz (G. Butler and Oxford) arrived today, in great shape, shave-ready and well oiled. Many thanks for a very smooth transaction Tazz, and also thanks for the hand-written note contained therein.
 
hi guys sorry am so late on getting back to use glad use liked your straights and they made it safely to your new homes.now jon the straight size i would recommend would be a 5/8 or 6/8 and the only razor i have left that is fitting that size would be the hamburg ring am selling it for £25+5 postage its shave ready and will come stropped and oiled idf you need any more info or help drop me a wee pm

Cheers for the straight Tazz, looks lovely. And a brilliant seller. Paid late Monday night, received 10am this morning.

Now to have the guts to try it (will wait till next weekend when i have the time)
