Thanks Shrink / Boab - I have a 9" tongue and can breathe through my ears ;-))

I felt it was not too prominent like a sub or chrono. On this occasion I wanted something subtle that would be good for use with a suit or at a formal occasion that would mostly go unnoticed. The idea was that I didn't want to look like I was trying too hard if you know what I mean. The white dial goes superb with a crisp white shirt and cufflinks and a suit, only those who know watches tend to notice it.

Day to day I wear a quartz and the the thing is like a tank; hardly ever lost a second. Mechanicals are not so accurate but for me setting it and winding before wearing is as enjoyable as shave prep. It is almost ritualistic.

I am currently wearing a wind up watch which doesn't really bother me as much as I thought it would. I prefer a plainer face as well. Good choice Mrs Audio. (if she actually picked it that is ;) )

This is my daily watch, love Casio watches as they are cheap and robust for my clumsy hands, i'll use them for as long as they make them.

This is my 2nd watch which was my dads uncles (he was a big fan of Seiko watches/clocks) which he passed to me after he passed away - think he bought it from New Zealand. Its had a replacement strap but it only get worn for special occasions.

Awesome. I've been watching Breaking Bad and one of the main characters wears a calc watch, I'd completely forgotten about them. It's good to know they are still around
