Did she like the pearl necklace? Our honeymoon suite was very posh especially the bathroom golden taps, golden towel rail we even had a golden shower. :lol:

Actually I really did give Mrs PC a pearl necklace. We honeymooned in Beijing and Hong Kong. While in Beiging we visited a shop specialising in pearls. The necklaces were way cheaper than over here so I bought her one.

Oh, and your golden shower sounded nice. For a minute I thought you were taking the piss.

Not sure whether anyone can advise but when trying to select a picture from tinternet to use as an avatar, it is always too big and not sure how to size this on my laptop.

Does this make sense and can you help.

I generally cut and paste my piccies into Microsoft Paint. Then I crop the bit I want out of the pic, and resize it to 125 x 125 (or thereabouts) using the "Stretch/Skew" option under the "Image" tool. Finally, save it as a JPEG to make it physically small.

Does that help?

Dave is right.

Download image from t'internet

Whack it in to a Photo editing program

Crop as desired

Resize - keep the aspect ratio and resize the longest dimension to 125 pixes* or less.

Save the resized version as a jpg file

*It's amazing how many people call them pixies.

Make sure you have permission to use the image or the image is free for general/public use.

I read elsewhere that she got the bump for breaking a "no topless shots" clause in her ultimo contract however Im sure I also read that the "topless" photo in question was actually Miss Green being papped from hundreds of meters away while on a topless beach on holiday.
