Help needed for a shaving documentary

I have read lots of other forums and gleaned many useful things. However this forum topic has been created so that I might directly meet those people I'm looking for, and in the longer term, give those interested a chance to come forward and take part (be it on or off camera).

Finally, this is not for television or a university/school project. I have recently graduated studying film and am simply looking to make a short documentary about something I am interested in. And which if good enough, may one be sent to festivals and can go on my resume.

The subject matter might just as well be about brushing your teeth because without any historical perspective shaving is just as interesting or not. I still do some work in the industry and wannabe film makers remain so because their approach is just plain lazy, go to Trumpers, DR Harris or St James St and suck it up, see if you get inspired, that would be a start.
