Dont know if we are allowed to post live e-bay listings here,

so if you look up seller "rareup31" they are selling boxes of 100 of these blades at a good price

i find these blades excellent, close to a swede... !

Gillette Bleue Extra's - 100's

Good value and dare I say it above average blades, very smooth in the right razor.

Good consistant blades, but IMO with one major drawback: they have a very pronounced oil smell. Really ruins lathering up with a finely scented soap or cream. By the time the oil smell wears off, it's time to change the blade.

I prefer the new Gillette Super Silvers to the extra bleues. Gillette moved the production of Super Silvers to Russia of all places and the blades have actually become much sharper and smoother.
 
Yes, they are the most common DE blade over here, you can find them in many different stores. Packaging is cardboard with double individual paper wrapping. I like that, nice & old fashioned.
 
On ebay now, full box of 2000, (two thousand ) gillette bleue`s, buy it now for £150. Not me selling, just thought some guys may be interested, seller has good feedback etc. Not clued up enough to do a link, but item number is 230405026776.

Having heard so much good about them I ordered a pack of 10.
They came today and I will use my first one tomorrow morning. They look dated but in excellent condition. It's surprising how much trouble they used to take with the packaging - it's vacuum packed with a cardboard backing, ready to hang proudly on a supermarket shelf.
Seems a shame to open the pack, considering I would take a wild guess that it's 20 years old.
But since I can get more if I want to and am dying to experience these famous blades, open them I must.
Then, soon, I can hopefully justify buying more!
