Just to point out it is a USA made one not the more desirable (and expensive) made in England equivalent. That said I do have one of these and they are very nice.

£45 seems a tad on the high side to me.

I requested some close ups as I was curious. Half of the gold has worn of the head, not just the laquer, the inside and baseplate look ok but there is some soap scum so it's hard to see what it's really like. I didn't ask for photo's of the handle. I can't post them right now as I'm typing this from my cellphone. To me it's not worth the askingprice.
