Don't know anything about PAL, other than it's english made, appears to be aluminium (only 29g) which is too light for me personally and is 3 piece construction.
Good overall condition, PAL logo on the cap is a bit faded and a small machining mark on the handle, which can be seen in the 1st pic.
Comes in the original cream plastic box, which has a crack in the flip up clear lid, but the crack is stable and doesn't run all the way across.
