Dutchman from Germany

It is natural to be attracted to the 'exotic and unobtainable' I suppose. For example I have been using Gold-Dachs soap, kindly PIF'd to me by Frederick. I think this is wonderful stuff, but must admit that some of the attraction is due to the fact that it is unobtainable here and expensive if ordered from abroad. There is a certain amount of Kudos felt when using the stuff. I suppose it's a 'grass is always greener thing'.
