Custom Shaving Brushes!

I'm about to begin ordering materials to make custom shaving brushes - Some of you will have seen the brushes I've recently sold:

I will be turning brushes with wooden handles and a variety of knot sizes and grades, beginning with the following wood options:

Ebony:

Olive:

Zebrano:

(And also in plain hardwood such as walnut)

Although I'm more than happy to discuss other wood options

Prices would vary depending on knot size and grade, as I'll supply everything from synthetic or boar up to silver tip. Prices for badger starting at £40 shipped -this would include your choice of handle style - I'll copy existing styles or help you design a unique piece

Went to Tunisia last year and olive wood is used a lot over there. It's a very pretty wood and we brought a few carved pieces home. I'm tempted with a brush made from the stuff myself

I like the olive as well Chris if it is alright with you I will place an order for a large silver tip after I get back off holiday in 3 weeks I will discuss the style and size then if thats ok with you.

Hi Chris 28mm I like large brushes the joys of being a larger size myself lots of face to cover. I like the style of the brush in your photo

Damn, them's some purdy brushes. I wish I could afford such frippery! Perhaps in a month or two. We'll see...

Well let me know - I've made sure I have a couple of spare knots from the current order

Plus I've also ordered some boar knots too, so anyone who fancies a custom bristle can indulge!
