I’m unsure what it is to be honest.
The picture doesn't do it justice.
It’s actually made of Blue Glass which in the proper light looks wonderful.
I’m unsure if the metal although fairly sure it’s pewter but again i’m only guessing.
It’s certainly the heaviest brush iv ever felt,
i should really weigh it but ultra heavy.
Pure Badger by the feel & look of it.
A little ebay find & this one came with the original box although discoloured and a bit on the mouldy/smelly side.
Nevertheless i have used it & it’s pretty decent.
I have absolutely no idea on date
