Never had a chance to try some of the legendary blades that have now disappeared (Iridiums, Swedes, UK Wilkies etc), but my top performers are:

Perma-Sharp super
Voskhod - superb blade, shame they are not more readily available in the UK.
Feather

An honourable mention must go to Tigers, which never seem to get many positive comments, but I find that they are a great match for my Red tip Superspeed.
