Arko. Best Buy?

Can anyone point me in the right direction... I really like Arko, but don't like paying £3 or so per stick. Does anyone know where someone could bulk buy a box or two of this soap?

Cheers

I've ordered Arko in bulk in the past from eBay sellers.

Both times the parcels had burst open in the post. Think I lost 3 sticks in total.

Bowl lathering? Hadn't even occurred to me. How do you gents keep Arko once you've opened the foil wrapping? What I mean is does anyone transfer it to an empty plastic shave stick or something?

eBay sellers not packaging properly? I can believe that.

No problem, by far the cheapest way is to find a friend or relative that's heading to turkey on their hols as i did. ;)

As for storage, i use clip tight containers from tesco. Keeps it far fresher than those wooden bowls.

Exactly what I was after. Thanks for that.

I use a mini casserole dish for my Arko and Palmolive. Good size, works a treat.

My unwrapped Arko stick simply stands in my stash (that sounds a bit grand - it's actually a drawer in the bathroom) and I have another crushed into an Erasmic dish/container; luckily I had the good taste to sling the Erasmic soap.

UPDATE: I have remembered that I jammed a red plastic base (from an Erasmic stick) on to the wrapped end of the Arko stick - that's how it stands...

;)

Plenty of Arko loving going on here today gents. I'll be heading to Tesco and picking up a tupperware box sharpish. Does the mashing of Arko change its performance or longevity?

I keep my opened stick in a small, empty salt container courtesy of Morrisons. Just the right size and has a top with holes to allow stick to dry after use.

Cheaper than bespoke tubes.

Hello

I have been seeing this soap all over the internet - but no ingredient list. I am trying to make some shaving soap for my dad and was wondering if anyone is able to post an ingredient list?

I am really just wondering what is in it, as so many people are raving about it and my current shaving soap isn't that great.
