Anyone recommend a slant?

I use to own a 37C and sold it. I have tried several slants and only ever 'got' a single one:

That was magnificent. Strangely, it weighs almost exactly the same as a Merkur 45

Since there don't appear to be lots of used Merkur 37c razors available for Dai Boy's budget, does anyone who has both the Merkur 37c and the RazoRock German 37 clone feel able to comment on whether there are any practical differences between the two? I understood that the two were virtually identical?

Plenty of Ikon X3's available for around £20-30 for the head only and they are great razors. The 102 is outstanding.

Out of the two I own, 39C and PAA Bakelite, I would recommend the second. You can get in new for less than £30.

The Fasan is believed to be the best slant ever made and the PAA is claiming to be an exact copy of it.
