Really shouldn’t have, but pulled the trigger anyway.

Merkur Futur.
250 x Super Iridium’s.
2 x Speick AS.

Have been reading through the razor posts and this one seems to get good comments, really should have ordered those blades a while back, full price now. “That’ll teach me not to buy something as soon as the itch starts”.

2 new razors in the space of an hour

thought prices were justabout reasonable, if slightly high on one , but I wanted them cos they're both J4 - and I'm a J4 man, born december 64.
Thought it would be neat to shave with a razor same age as me lol

also got some sampler creams from connaught - violet, lime and sandalwood.
Didn't like the violet, if anyone wants it drop me a PM and I'll PIF it over (edit - violet gone!)
Still undecided about the lime and plan on trying the sandalwood this week.

Oh and I also bought an alum block

busy week, but i'll be quiet for a while now (unless someone knows of a fatboy for an unsilly price  )

I had a few quid burning a hole in my Paypal account so finally ordered the TOBS Avocado that I've been after for so long. I'm trying to cut down my stash but temptation is everywhere, especially when you look for it!

Well, ok, as Richard (RB73) said in his post, "really shouldn't have, but pulled the trigger anyway".

Three UK sellers got some good orders this time.

Software (soaps) and samples (blades, cremes and AS) mainly, though decided to get a Vision as well (after long debate against a Merkur open comb).

Will report in greater detail as boxes arrive one by one.

My addiction is to such a state that I already begin to think what's next (i.e. "What did I forget to include with the orders this time?") In addition, one of the dealers does not deliver to Latvia, so I had to tell them to send the stuff to our office in ...Lithuania.

Weekend saw me placing orders to two UK sellers as well for writing instruments & inks (another latest addiction).

Over the last few weeks I've purchased and aquired, 1 flair tip SS from Boab, 1 Gillette Knack and 1 Schick Krona from Mewrtje, a tub of Bay Rum with a twist cream from Henk and a tube of Real Shaving Co. cream from the £1 shop and given my first tube of Proraso. Happy Days ;) :)

Popped into Lloyds Pharmacy and bought 200ml Distilled Witch Hazel upon the advice of some members on here

This one <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.lloydspharmacy.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=1008&storeId=90&productId=336318&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=&top=&top_category=&fromPage=Search&hotspot_prefix=" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.lloydspharmacy.com/webapp/wc ... ot_prefix=</a><!-- m -->

Anyone else used this brand before?

(Edit) P.S. Should I just splash it on or use a cotton wool pad or something like that?

Standard distilled witch hazel BPC is standard distilled witch hazel BPC... the bottle changes colour from clear to brown, the cap changes from metal to plastic, the price from 89p to £2.39 but the content pretty much identical.

I just splash it on like AS (ie. tip in hand, slap hands on chops)

An Ever Ready SE of tut Bay for 99p :D
