Did you request the style of blade or did Gabor make those choices?

My foray into straights has not been good. I have a couple of decent scars to show for it :oops: I need to revisit them again...I think i will try with a round point next time.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if it gets more use than any of your razors. It's a good thing you have 2 there Andy. Are you planning on having more customs done in future?
 
Actually, they get saved for the weekends, Ivan - I still need to take my time with these, especially the larger one for some reason. Regarding further custom razors, maybe, but preferably under different circumstances. One thing I'd definitely be up for is one of Tom's hybrids, if he opens them up for custom orders.
 
what a great idea, to take something sentimental, but perhaps useless, and turn it into not only a memory, but also a seriously useful tool.
