Wait a mo !!! Where are Bestsheave based ? The postage calculator states Turkey postal service. If that's the case they are EU and duty is not a problem http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/customs/arriving/arrivingeu.htm

But when did turkey become part of the eu. But to be fair ordered loads from them and never any charges or even a declaration on the packet to state value

There was me too pulling together an order to make use of the free shipping ! Not worth the risk for paying the duty and Post Office.

They have a special agreement but still the 15 quid from 1st November kicks in. Ordered 30 quids worth of stuff as 1 order instead of 2 the other month and got through ok.
