A great, refreshing shave but as much as the Occam’s is a lovely razor it’s still not quite as good as the Oren!

Couple of days heavy growth to mow through which felt a bit rough with the fresh blade but no weepers or redness just a smooth face after a couple of passes. The soap is a flanker for the Parfum, very nice.

Rockwell 6S (R3) :: Personna Platinum blade (2) :: Kent synthetic brush :: Tabac soap (veg) and splash
Smooth. Second shave with the 6S. The R3 plate was not as mild as I expected - which is good, but I still prefer R4 so far.

Beautifully scented soap & matching splash including the lather whip-up with the soft brush
Beautiful (diamond balsa) edge from this excellent razor! Stroped on the roo leather, and enjoyed a great 3 pass shave for a bbs finish...It is nice to have the option of a natural stone or diamond balsa finish on various razors.

A better than usual Travel Shave at my sister in laws, as not relying on Bathroom lighting as was bright and sunny. As a bonus managed to get a decent lather from the nice Mondial soap, as often because of the little bowl I get it too watery.

Soap: SW Fougère Nemeta
Razor: Friodur 472

Excellent close shave this morning, definitely preferring the 472 or 17 vs the 72-V and Koraat, the thinner grind just feels a lot more comfortable. Brought out the SW from the box of mystery, only really gets a look in when the weather turns brighter, but really like it.
Away out to Anglesey today, just have to get on to the island before the tourists get going!
