It actually shaves very nicely there is a little bit of weight to this one. Very agile and great around the contours and hollows of the my neck.

I think in certain parts of Europe they were very popular , in fact i believe when the idea of some of the bigger razors was presented to the grinders at Heljestrand for their MK series , there was almost a revolt as the grinders couldn't imagine why anyone would want such large razors.

Or that is how the story goes anyhow.
 
I fancy trying a larger near wedge just for the change, but I can see the attraction of a nimble little blade too. Like a Vespa vs a Harley.
The one I've been looking at is an RT Klein (Sheffield steel presumably ground in Germany) of about 3/8-4/8. No idea what grind, but I expect full hollow.
