29 March 2020 – afternoon – no rush these days:
Three & ½ days shave. I have obtained a Braveheart head (from Executive Shaving) and used it on the MÜHLE pole. Braveheart is described as giving an “assertive†shave and I must say it certainly does! This shave was the best so far since starting again with DE shaving. I would say it was a 98% BBS result. I did have three nicks due no doubt to being too enthusiastic. Brian suggests in his video to use the more benign MÜHLE to tidy up which is something to consider. As usual the Proraso Blue cream produced a first class lather.
Pre-shave: Aldi bath soap & Nuage Shave Oil
Brush: Badger no name
Razor: Braveheart head on MÜHLE R89 pole
Blade: Bic Platinum Chrome
Cream: Proraso Blue (Aloe)
Alum Block: Ajanta
After Shave Balm: Bustamente
Bold = change from last shave
