A Lovely 3 pass shave tonight
I haven’t used this soap for a while and the scent to me is top drawer, i really need to get a better rotation as i’m not using some gear for months possibly a year at a time so need to get that sorted.
The blade is another i haven’t used for months.
18 months ago this was my go to blade but like everyone else i end up with two many and not using the favourites.
This shave was a straight 10 absolute bbs with little feedback on the splash.
Stay Safe Lads

Very nice lather qualities from the soap! Very creamy and slick plus a mild pleasant scent...wonderfully whip-up by the lovely brush...
A good shave with the razor paired with this blade. 3 smooth & easy passes for a bbs/dfs finish. Aftershaves were excellent!

We will be going to a local Theatre to see a live stream of Romeo and Juliet The Ballet. Personally speaking I would rather give her the money for my ticket and stay at home to sleep on a more comfortable chair than the one they will provide!

Despite my death metal, punk, thrash, fast and loud background, I do have to admit to being rather partial to attending ballets.

It actually was pretty good. Most I have seen have been Ballet School tours....this was the Royal Ballet and was impressive. I would probably go to another screening. Always sure to get the best angles although at the end of the day just another cinema visit. The live experience was missing.

Face Lather.
Lather: Ingram menthol Shave cream.
Blade: Ted Pella PTFE SS. ( D6)

Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Alcolado Glacial mentholated Splash Lotion./Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

Greetings,

Early morning shave,

It's been a while since i last had a 'Full On' menthol themed shave, which is an invigorating wake up call for my face sensors!

The Ingram menthol cream i haven't used for a while either and forgot how little is required to produce a good amount of protective slick lather with a good punch of menthol within it.

I have mentioned before the Ever Ready vintage SE razors are a pleasure to shave with, once you've adjusted to the required shaving angle training your mind to use good shaving technique these vintage SE razor's will reward you with some sublime shaves.

Another enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report....Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

My face is feeling silky smooth & smelling divine. ;)

Stay safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.

Brush: Wolf Whiskers Boti Chubby 2-Band
Soap: WK Vor V
Razor: PAA Phantom
Blade: GSB (2)
Post: WK Vor V Tonic & EDP

The phantom had been consigned to the box of mystery after one use, it just felt too light, but whilst rummaging thought why not. I was pleasantly surprised, I think previously I was going at it with too much pressure, just lifted off this time around and let the razor do the work. Was rewarded with a surprisingly close shave. It wouldn't convert me to slants but it might convince me to give a heavier effort a try.

Hope everyone has a cracking day.

Cheers

Marc

Prep: Palmolive Olive Oil Soap
Soap: TFS Professional
Brush: 24mm Yaqi Sagrada Familia
Blade: Gillette Winner (1)
Post: Akcay Kolonya, RSC Balm

The Winner's a lovely blade, and brilliant value if you buy a few tucks as they're 11 in a pack. Ironically prices level out against Super Blue's etc as the order volumes get larger. Anyway, brilliant finish from the Winner, and a soapy, flowery scent from the Akcay. Most enjoyable.
