For me the smelling when you put your nose to the skin of a horse that´s been rolling in the meadow grass on a sunny day combined with a faint smell of saddle leather.
I also like the smell you get in the early morning, when you lean on the reeling of a ship, in a South American port. Shortly the smell of green coffee beans and the city awakening .
