What do you do for a living?

I do the night reception at a young person's hostel. I work 4 nights on, then have 4 off. I started this job in August 2006. The job's okay and has had its moments. One advantage is I can enjoy a good shave most days without rushing. If I go on a training course or to a meeting, it's easy to forget how the other half (9 to 5, Mon to Fri) lives.

I've previously worked in the NHS processing electronic patient records, worked in housing, environmental education, orthotic appliances, computer operation and applications. Quite a varied working life.

Well done Rev, I know from being close friend with our Vicar what a busy job this is, sometimes he wish he had another pair of legs and arms. I am trying to get him into wet shaving but no luck so far, he likes his Remington too much :)

I've just been voted Best Vicar In The Parish for the third year running.

Not boasting or anything, just saying.
Congradulation !!!! (And I could use a prayer!)

I am the only one, mind.

Four years ago I came second.

This year I got knocked out in the qualifying rounds.

My winning streak is over, but I had a good run.
