Just finished The Hunger Games at my grandchildrens suggestion. Strange stuff for kids.
Yes I came home the other day to find the girls, 3 and 7, watching the film. When I said I didn't think it was appropriate SWMBO said "No one's been killed yet and they are going to bed soon..."
If you think the first one is strange for kids the second one is stranger still and the third?

All are for teens, not kids IMO.

Onto the 6th

Just finished The Joker, 20 years inside the SAS by Pete Scholey.

Supposed by be a good read. Better than the usual 'I'm dead 'ard, me' cobblers.
Yes, was an easy read, some good insights into early operations (based mainly in 60's and 70's, but he is a very down to earth soldier.
I've just found out about his other book telling stories of other SAS soldiers, so I'll track down a copy of that.

Bought a 2nd hand copy of SAS Heroes by Pete Scholey from Amazon. Artrived yesterday, signed by the author with inscription and inside a signed photo of the author in full SAS gear (well it may not be him with his face covered). Not bad for £3
