A number of you may have received this email already but for those who didn't but might be interested here's the content copied and pasted below.
With a maybe less than stellar first entry into the wet-shaving world with issues ranging from product QA control to customer service levels - Rockwell is now launching what claims to be an improvement over their initial razor.

In true Rockwellian fashion there are no, as far I could tell, call-outs what is changed/improved in this design as compared to the old (which is odd as it is clearly labeled "New" and this is a pre-order w/ no firm commitment on shipping date:
"We'll be shipping pre-orders as soon as possible, after careful quality control of every piece we ship to you. Because of the increased strain on postal services during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee your shipment will reach you by Christmas."

Rockwell Double-Edge Razor Blades are made of Swedish Stainless Steel, and are compatible with all double-edge safety razors. The pure stainless steel that forms these blades protects them against rust, while the specialized treatment that crafts these blades ensures the blades retain their exceptional sharpness. Each blade is individually double-wrapped, free of wax dots, to ensure the sharpness of each blade without leaving any wax residue on the blades. Our goal was to offer the best safety razor blade on the market, at an amazing price. The attention to detail and manufacturing innovations that have gone into crafting the Rockwell Double-Edge Razor Blade have produced a blade that we feel meets both these criteria.
The Rockwell Blade Safe is a safe, convenient way to dispose of used double-edge razor blades. The Rockwell Blade Safe fits all double-edge razor blades and is completely recyclable - once it's full, simply throw it in the recycling!
