Steak.

Clarissa Dickson Wright was asked how she liked her steak done, and she said that it should be within the competence of a good vet to revive it. Looking at Nick's picture, I think I might have moved on to rare, that looks all right to me.

I used to have my steak scorched and cooked to death. Have done from a kid but about 10 years ago tried some of my dads rare steak on a night out. Never looked back. So much more enjoyable than well done. You appreciate the quality of the meat more.

One of the benefits of living in Texas is the number of quality steak houses around :hungrig Great aged black angus steaks are available at local supermarkets to, at a great price. Time to spark the pit up.
