Shaving recipe for today.
Prep: Warm shower /Original Source ~ Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.
Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears ~ Transparent Soap Bar / Nuage Menthol shaving oil.
Brush : Chinese Unbranded Silvertip Fibre.
Face Lather.
Soap: Blue's ~ Goat's milk Shaving Soap.
Blade: Treet 7 Days Platinum. (3)
Razor: Ying jili 8306L. ( 7'0clock Stirling tech copy )

The chinese Ying jili 8306L" 7'0clock Stirling tech copy " is one of two that was passed on to me by a work mate.This very light inexpensive tech tech copy gives a "socially acceptable" smooth shave with the right blade choice.It makes a ideal travel razor or when you want a quick no fuss shave.The razor is very light in weight due to the plastic handle ,but hey! what can i expect considering the razors are overly mass-produced and the price which in my case both razors cost me 'zilch',i shouldn't gripe!... However, i've paired the razor head up with my frankenrazor handle which made it feel noticably more solid when shaving. Nonetheless with or without the heavier handle it gives a good acceptable shave without any safety issues.
A comfortable 3 pass + pick ups near BBS shave with no errors to report.
Finishing to the shave off with a generous dollop of Nivea Men ~ Cooling PSB.
My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.

A very comfortable and close shave. The SMN crema da barba is always an absolute pleasure to use.
I made a hash of the shave right at the end, when doing a trim under the nose. I have been using a Merkur Futur for the last several weeks, and this razor has a very different head geometry to the Wolfman.
I got the angle of attack all wrong, and the Spoiler let me know about it - ouch! Alum stick to the rescue, and lesson learnt.

It was actually made by a good friend on the Forum , who very Kindly sent me a bar of African Black Soap and Some Arrgan Oil Soap.
Not an African Black Soap but one I find works well as a preshave is.

Enjoyed the nice mentholated eucalyptus lather.
2nd Shave combination with razor and blade was really comfortable. Smooth and sharpish...all 3 multiple passes was so pleasant and addictive. Efficient too...resisted the urge to do another pass. BBS for most areas except DFS+ at the usual spot and even then very close.

Used The Hawk again today. This Razor seems so balanced that one feels very at home with it after the first outing.Very smooth and comfortable to use, delivers trouble free good quality Shaves with no problems.
