The Gillette has a nice weight to it and works well with a Nacet (great blades). Nice protection and glide frpm the TOBS.

The heavy, resinous vetiver in EN is ideal for the colder weather. Like damp pine needles on a smouldering fire. Gothic.

After the usual 1-2 minute hot towel prep:

Been on the road doing some business in Chicago the last four weeks with another ten days before heading home to Colorado, and only brought two brushes and a few vintage Coates creams with a couple different blades for the adjustable injector and 1958 Executive and that's it! Great shaves every time.

Thanks :) it might be old and worn but that doesn't prevent it from performing its mug-duties! Which, granted, aren't exactly overly complicated :)
Its good to put old things back to use.

That sentence could also be used as a tag line on a dating service for senior citizens.
