Shaving recipe for today.

Prep: Hot shower:/ L'Oreal Men Expert ~ Hydra Sensitive Birch Sap Shower Gel.


Pre:

warm wet flannel to my face.


Wilkinsons Fruits ~ Coconut & Vanilla Body Butter.

Brush: Anbbass Boar.

Face Lather.

Soap: Palmolive Shave Sticks (grated) .

Blade: Shark Super Stainless. (2)

Razor: Parker 22R.

Warm wet flannel/ cold wet flannel to rinse my face.

Post:

Alum Block./Cold Water Face Rinse./Morrisons ~ Aloe Moisture Lotion.

Old Spice ~ Classic A/S.

A wonderful no drama relaxing sunday morning 3 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Which ever way i use the humble palmolive shave stick, it never fails to provide me with a super protective slick lather, leaving a nice post shave feeling, superb stuff!.

Finishing the shave off with a very generous splash of Old Spice ~ Classic A/S...Superb stuff!

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling devine.;)

Brush: ‘Il Cinghiale' (Zenith EURO/RX)
Soap: Swedish Witch 'Rosemary Spice'
Post: Cold water rinse / Witch Hazel / Wholly Kaw: Fougere Bouquet ASB

Well, the Swedish Witch 'Rosemary Spice' did an excellent job of providing a luxurious, and slick lather, for an extremely enjoyable shave..Yeah, this soap is top notch!

Thursday
Prep: Hot towel

Brush: Rough,No Name Boar
Soap: Wild West Shaving: Black Sails
Post: Cold water rinse / Witch Hazel / RazoRock Aftershave Wax

Wild West Shaving: Black Sails really is a fantastic soap.. after my week so far, I really needed a good shave to lift my spirits, and this did not disappoint... thank god!

Saturday
Prep: Hot towel
Pre shave: Prep
Razor: ‘The Rock' (Rockwell 6S – #3)
Blade: Permasharp
Brush: 'The Archduke' (Brad Sears Archduke 26/50 2-Band Manchurian)
Soap: Shaving Time Co: Broadside
Post: Cold water rinse / Witch Hazel / Tallow + Steel: Dark Aftershave
Fragrance: Xerjoff Zafar

'Broadside' was the lather of choice today, which provided the base for an absolutely bang tidy shave.. mind you, being made by Lather Bros, for the Shaving Time Co, I'm not in the least surprised..

Not a lot to do after yesterday....but this was a lovely Sunday morning shave.

A very rewarding shave today using my Iwasaki Kamisori, not the easiest of razors to use when you have limited shoulder movement but I did it and gave myself a BBS finnish without the use of a backup razor.....well pleased! :) P.
