Wow, what a shave, the KAI blade is the blade that for me works best in the Hone and together they gave me a superb shave.
The LPL soap with tallow is outstanding, really slick and protective and although the non tallow LPL soaps are great this tallow version is way better.
The Santal Royal EDP from Guerlain was the perfect finnish.

After trying many blades the KAI blades win hands down, I clean my Hone with toothpaste and a toothbrush, I did leave it for a year but my OCD got the better of me! please let me know how you get on with the KAI blades. Paul.

Razor: Gillette Tech
Blade: NOS Personna (#1)
Brush: Maseto 24mm Extra Density 2 Band Finest
Soap: Boots Stick
Post: Alum Block, Cold water and Humphreys Witch Hazel
AS: Bulldog balm

Very close and smooth shave, but some serious irritation, not sure of the cause, I suspect a tad too much pressure after using the Occam's Razor which takes a bit of pressure. Thankfully it faded after about 30 mins.

No I got 50 of these loose from another TSR member, plus I have some similar ones that came loose, or at least individually packaged. They were giveaways from petrol stations, Total if I recall.

The second shave with my PAL. An outstanding razor and my favourite Injector so far. It gave me a very close, smooth finish and it's almost like it was made for the Proline Bs.

The head of this razor (obviously) feels different on the face because of its shape compared to my Schicks. Not to the latter's detriment, you understand. It feels good in the hand too; and if any SE Injector fan is thinking about obtaining one, don't hesitate. It really is that good, IMO (bearing in mind the subjectivity of mileage etc.).

My awe at Tabac needs no reiterating...
