Real Shaving co face scrub
Soak in a scalding bath
Honey Soap face wash
Ingram Cream
Omega 48
Astra SP (3)
ParkerA1R
Witch Hazel
Cien Ebony AS
Real Shaving ASB

A cheap and cheerful 'through the week' shave

Prep: Hot shower
Pre: Proraso pre-shave - sensitive
Soap: Wickham Garden Mint Super Smooth
Bowl: Woodhead Large Tall Scuttle
Brush: Omega boar 10005
Razor: ATT R2 Kronos
Blade: Personna 74 (2)
After: Proraso AS, Weleda ASB

Day 2 using this vintage blade and it feels smoother than yesterday. No irritation on my neck this time.
Scuttle gave a little extra warmth to this lovely mint scented soap. Proraso AS added to the mint theme and the Weleda ASB provided a touch of lemon. Great DFS result.

T&H Sandalwood cream, face lathered
Simpsons Pure Badger
Merkur 15c
Gillette Super Thin (1)
Alum, Witch Hazel
Proraso A/S
T&H Sandalwood balm

Started with a Supermax Blue Diamond and gave up after 4 strokes. Finished nicely with the Super Thin.

Feather AC SS / ProGuard
Thäter 49125/1 3-band
Proraso Red, soap
Myrsol Agua Balsamica

Back home and first proper shave in a while. I've stopped counting the shaves on this ProGuard - the Feather AC setup is superb, let's face it - but a new feature to my collection is the Myrsol. Now that the weather turning warmer my Weleda balm will take a back seat; thus I wanted a new splash to rotate with Lucky Tiger Face Tonic. Initial thoughts are that it shares characteristics with Proraso - albeit minus the menthol - and that it smells of Vosene. I rather like it!

Thank you my friend.
You can actually see the difference between a standard Straight Razor and a Dwarf Razor made to finish off the shape of the moustaches.
