40th birthday shave

Bulldog Sensitive face wash / shower
Razorock Bruce synth brush
Executive Shaving handmade bowl
Eufros GEA soap
ATT M1 Kronos
GSB
Wholly Kaw ‘Man From Mayfair' after shave toner

Thanks Rob @Blackmass for the soap and toner gifts. Toner seems to work better for me than balms. That soap has slick magical properties and face feels great after toner. I think this was the best shave of my entire life!

Happy Birthday!

Tuesday evening

Erasmic Cream
Yaqi Red Marble 24mm Tuxedo synth
Face lather
Ever Ready 1924
Gem SS PTFE
Thayer's Rose Petal and Aloe Vera
Fine Snake Bite

It was nice to use one of the few creams I own tonight. Very economical, this stuff: a small snurdle popped into the centre of the damp brush yielded enough lather for 3 passes; and a squidge to rub on the face (I do this to massage into the face while cleaning my kit; it also lets me feel any missed areas).

The 1924 is a great little razor. It's up there with the 1912 for efficiency (not quite matching the ‘Streamline' though). A beautifully smooth finish.

My palms are still tingling from that naughty Snake Bite...

Just arrived so haven't had time to pic the gear so here is our view.
Guess that you will just have to rough it Arthur.

Razor: Rockwell 6C (R4)
Blade: Polsilver SI (3)
Brush: dscosmetics 30mm Tuxedo
Soap: LEA Classic
Pre: Pears Original & Wilko Oil
ASB: LEA
ASL: SV Cubebe (sample)

An easy BBS finish. The LEA Classic cream smells nice. The brush was an average performer but I'm not going to complain too much given it cost £10.
