Another fantastic soap from a UK artisan soap maker. They're getting like buses! Long may it continue. Great scent on this soap, a nice sandalwood with the black pepper and cardamom giving some lovely spicy notes behind it. Performance was great and post shave feel is superb.

Shower - L'Occitane Cedrat shower gel and Cedrat soap
Water - Courtesy of the Mexican Gulf (via the ship's reverse osmosis desalination plants)
Pre - Clarins shave ease oil
Cream - Sample pack of EJ Peppermint
Brush - Body Shop synthetic
Razor - ATT Colossus/Ikon B1/Gillette black box
Post - L'Occitane Cedrat shaving balm
Fragrance - Sample of Floris Santal

Really nice and really close shave. The B1 wasn't as risque as I thought it would be and only needed 2 passes to get as close as anything else I have experienced. A real winner. Not sure the Clarins (an airport Duty Free purchase) is any better than the KOS oil which cost around the tenth of the price. Body Shop brush not as sinful as I've read. The EJ is certainly different and quite a light lather compared to others I have tried. Nice sample, but don't see me buying. The Floris Santal is a definite for the future and may be the Cedrat which were from a small travel pack someone bought me.
Think the gym helped prepare the skin and all in all a very happy shave
